Watch a professional chocolate demonstration on how to make a selection of delicious Belgian chocolates, beginning with making ganache (fillings) to the art of tempering and dipping chocolate.
The majority of the event time will be enjoyed by the delegates tasting, shaping, dipping, and decorating approximately 20 chocolates each using their new found skills. All will then elegantly gift wrap their chocolates to take away and share or keep as a reward for your efforts.
