What’s It all About?

The Chocolate Challenge
Teams decide on a daring and diverse concept to break into the market with their chocolates. The project manager allocates specific tasks to each delegate such as branding, box design and marketing. (All delegates make chocolates to take home).

The Board Room
Teams present their chocolates and centre piece ready to go into the board room. Spokespersons give presentations and must persuade the judge why their teams are quite simply the best and will become market leaders in the chocolate industry.

The Judging
Points are awarded for creativity, taste, concept, presentation of chocolates and the sales pitch.

Suggested Itinerary

9.00 Group arrive for tea and coffee and to meet the master chocolatier

9.30 Group have a chocolate making demo and tasting session

10.00 Group is split into teams and begin planning

10.45 Teams collect their ingredients and decorative materials and begin production

12.15 Teams present their chocolates to the master & the panel for judging

12.30 Debrief, awards ceremony and chocolate eating

13.00 Guests depart for lunch
